1. Right to Return / Cooling-Off Period
1.1 Under South African law (Consumer Protection Act), you have the right to cancel your online purchase within 7 days of receiving your item, for any reason, and request a full refund. engelsman.co.za+1
1.2 To exercise this right, please notify us in writing (email) within the 7-day period using one of the following addresses:

- Unused
- In their original packaging
- With all tags, accessories, and documentation included

2. Defective or Damaged Products
2.1 We inspect all products before shipping, but if your smartwatch arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
2.2 Send the following to support@vigourwatch.co.za:
- Proof of purchase (order number / invoice)
- Clear photos of the defect or damage
2.3 Once we receive and inspect the item, we will, at your choice: - Replace the product; or

2.4 If a refund is approved, we aim to process it within 10 business days of receiving your return. Labour Law with Luzan –

3. Returns Due to Change of Mind
3.1 If you simply change your mind (for example, bought the wrong model or colour), you may return your item within 7 days of receiving it, provided it meets the criteria in section 1.3.
3.2 The item must be unused, in original packaging, and returned in the same condition it was delivered.
3.3 Return shipping costs will be for your account unless otherwise agreed.
4. Refund Processing
4.1 Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase (e.g., credit card, EFT). If that is not possible, we will work with you to issue the refund in another way. Netcash Shop
4.2 Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4.3 We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed.
5. Exchanges
5.1 If you need to exchange your smartwatch (for a different model, colour, or style), please reach out to us within 7 days of receipt.
5.2 The item must be returned to us in the same condition as described in section 1.3.
5.3 We’ll cover shipping costs if the exchange is due to a defect or incorrect item; otherwise, return costs will be at your expense.
6. Return Shipping Instructions
6.1 Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
6.2 Package the item securely in its original packaging, with the RMA number clearly written on the outside. samac.org.za
6.3 Use a traceable courier to return the item, and keep the proof of shipment until your return is completed.
7. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
7.1 To comply with South African legislation and hygiene standards, certain items cannot be returned once opened, such as:
- Personal health items (if applicable)
- Items that have been used or worn
7.2 If any product is custom-made or personalized, it may not be eligible for a return unless defective. engelsman.co.za

9. Legal Rights
